Lawrence Gosling is the host of the GrowthInvest Adviser Hour and the Editorial Director of Bonhill Group. He was previously the Group Editorial Director of Incisive Media and the founding editor of Investment Week.

Lawrence was also the launch editor of IFAonline, Mortgage Solutions, Cover and Bloomberg Money magazines, and one of the original judges for the Gold Standards. In 1994 he worked at Reuters, and prior to that he spent five years with Financial Times magazines, notably on Financial Adviser.

Paul Munn

Paul is a Chartered Management Accountant and has experience of corporate management, turnarounds, business development and active share owner engagement. He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Glasgow. Within Par Equity, Paul works closely with portfolio companies on a wide range of operational and growth challenges as well as being responsible for Par Equity's property funds.

Furthermore, as an active member of Investing Women Angels, Dr Malik supports women entrepreneurs with investment, mentoring and training.

Brian Moretta is the Head of Tax-Enhanced Research at Hardman & Co, and also covers Financials stocks and Investment Funds. Brian has had a 20-year career in Financial Services, including more than a decade as a fund manager. He specialised in analysing Financial Services companies at SVM Asset Management. He holds a PhD in Applied Probability and a BSc in Actuarial Maths and Statistics from Herriot Watt University.

Tom began his career as a corporate finance lawyer at Sidley Austin LLP, advising on debt and equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, representing both financial institutions and corporates across an array of sectors. Tom left Sidley Austin to join Van Elle Limited as group managing director in March 2015, successfully steering the group through its AIM flotation in October 2016, by which time it was the largest, most profitable geotechnical engineering company in the UK. Tom is currently studying an Executive MBA at the University of Nottingham Business School. Tom is a member of the Investment Committee.

He’s passionate about helping retailers improve their gross margin through product testing and regularly speaks at industry events.

Peter researches and teaches automatic speech recognition and provides consultancy advice to companies in the speech technology space for Auris Technology. Peter is also a member of the Centre for Speech Technology (CSTR). Peter gained his Masters qualification in Computer Speech and Language processing from the University of Cambridge and further has a PhD in Speech technology from the University of Edinburgh.
