The award-winning GrowthInvest Adviser Hour drives education and understanding of tax-efficient and alternative investments, with discussions on the opportunities and challenges that advisers face. First launched in early 2018, and now into its eighth series, the Adviser Hour has transformed the online and educational landscape for financial advisers looking for the latest information and insights on tax efficient and alternative investments.

EIS provides great opportunity for advised clients, though remains unused by the majority of financial advisers. What clients can benefit from building an EIS portfolio? How is it best introduced to those clients. There is a huge number of funds out there, so we have a look at how can advisers best judge EIS funds and fund managers, how can they do due diligence on them, how to line up the many different fees, and which sectors are attractive from an investment perspective?

Topics for the Autumn Episode will include:
  • Predictions for the season ahead
  • Knowledge Intensive Approved Funds
  • Private company valuations
  • What advisers new to EIS should look for?
  • Exits and Liquidity
  • The sunset clause and future for EIS
  • Addressing the PI issue
Alongside long-standing topics such as:
  • Fee Transparency (EISA)
  • Deployment timelines
  • Diversification & Risk

We ask a panel of industry experts these key questions and more. .

As well as an in-depth exploration of market trends and analysis, we will also be asking the panel a series of questions from Advisers, in our new Adviser Clinic section.

Tune in at 10am on Wednesday 5th October 2022 and find out the latest on key industry trends, opportunities, and challenges, and what it looks like to be an adviser at the forefront of tax efficient investments in 2022.
