In these unprecedented times, the GrowthInvest Adviser Hour brings together a panel of industry experts to provide insight and opinion on the effect of the last 9 months on the investment landscape, including a look at the impact of Covid-19 on portfolios, sector specific "winners and losers", and a view from the panel as to the overall investment outlook over the next 6-12 months.
This will be discussed alongside key areas for advisers and their clients, such as Fee Transparency, Liquidity, Diversification & Risk and how advisers can introduce VCT to a wider section of their client base.

Panellists
Lawrence Gosling is the host of the GrowthInvest Adviser Hour and the Editorial Director of Bonhill Group. He was previously the Group Editorial Director of Incisive Media and the founding editor of Investment Week.
Lawrence was also the launch editor of IFAonline, Mortgage Solutions, Cover and Bloomberg Money magazines, and one of the original judges for the Gold Standards. In 1994 he worked at Reuters, and prior to that he spent five years with Financial Times magazines, notably on Financial Adviser.
Nick provides training on investment companies and VCTs to financial advisers and wealth managers including interactive online training, seminars and bespoke face-to-face sessions. He also liaises with the FCA and financial adviser organisations to further their education and examination programmes on investment companies.

With over ten years experience in financial services, Nick joined Downing in 2015 as a Business Development Manager. Prior to that, he worked for Canada Life with a focus on offshore and IHT products in the London area. Nick is DipPFS qualified and he previously worked in third way investments and as an adviser at Barclays.
Hailing from Iowa, USA, Warren founded the RHI Group and then was a founding partner of DeepWell Ventures, a deep-tech focused early stage venture capital fund, while also a Ventures Partner at Airbus. He has co-managed a directional hedge fund portfolio focused on natural resources and commodities and has led the Global Derivatives Trading for Janus Henderson in Denver and Singapore, managing billions of dollars of AUM exposures across a wide array of developed and frontier markets. At Downing, Warren invests in early-stage technology enabled businesses from Seed to Series A and beyond.
Will Fraser-Allen, BA (Hons), FCA, is the managing partner of Albion Capital and has 19 years’ experience investing in growth businesses, with a focus on healthcare, leisure, media and technology. Will, a Chartered Accountant, holds a BA (Hons) in History from Southampton University
Will leads the broader Albion Business, and chairs the Albion Investment Committee. Will plays an active part in VCT fundraising and regularly comments on the VCT market in both national and trade press.
Albion Capital Group LLP is a leading independent investment manager with a long-term record of backing change and growth. The wider Albion Group has funds of around £1 billion under investment management or administration.
Chris joined Foresight in 2019 and currently works as a Senior Investment Manager in the London office. He has over 11 years' experience. Chris is responsible for making investments in the Foresight Williams Technology EIS Fund and VCT Share class. Prior to Foresight, Chris worked at Centrica as a Venture Principal in Centrica Innovations, the £100m corporate venturing and innovation team of Centrica Plc. He has also worked at PwC as a Strategy Consultant and McLaren Automotive as a Project Engineer.
Chris holds an MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School and a First Class Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton.
